The challenge
Restaurants going digital were stuck between two bad options: template services that make every menu look identical, or software they'd have to learn and maintain themselves. A restaurateur doesn't want a CMS — they want their menu online, on brand, and correct, without adding an admin task to a service they're already running.
What we built
We designed it as a managed service with real software underneath. The restaurant sends a PDF, a photo, or plain text; we build a bespoke mobile menu in their own colours and identity, and hand back a vector QR code sized for table cards and placemats. Behind that sits a schema built for how menus actually work — categories, subcategories, descriptions, and variants like a glass versus a bottle — a drag-and-drop editor, owner accounts for anyone who wants to make their own edits, section-level analytics on what guests actually open, and automated weekly email reports.
The outcome
Restaurants go live within 48 hours and change a price or add a dish with a single message. They also get something a printed carte never gave them: a weekly readout of which sections guests actually browse.
