The challenge
An established hotel handing most of its bookings — and the margin on them — to third-party channels, with guest management spread across tools that didn't talk to each other.
What we built
A booking engine built around the hotel's own rooms, rates, and availability, with guest management inside the same system rather than bolted on beside it. Direct bookings became the default path, not the fallback.
The outcome
Direct reservations the hotel controls end to end, and a single place to see who's arriving and when.
